RideShare Driver 5.1

As an Independent Business Owner (IBO), your role involves expanding your company through strategic recruitment. Each new member who joins your network constitutes your Downline, from which you receive a percentage of their gross earnings. This structure encourages network growth and revenue sharing within the ecosystem.

To qualify for commissions derived from your Downline's activities, you are required to provide RideShare services for a designated minimum number of part-time hours each week. Notably, as an IBO operating within the RideShare program, you are entitled to retain 70% of the gross fare from each transaction immediately upon processing.

The policy demonstrates a particular appreciation for the contributions of Veterans and academic professionals, such as teachers and students. For these groups, the mandated hours necessary to become eligible for commissions are significantly reduced, facilitating greater participation and reward potential.

RideShare drivers can accrue commissions by fulfilling the specified part-time working hours. An increase in the number of direct recruits reduces the required hours for commission eligibility, eventually reaching a point where no minimum hours are necessary. The program offers stable, unchanging market fares that are among the lowest available. As societal disposable income grows, demand for products and services is expected to rise, presenting opportunities for increased client engagement.

Operational overview:

• IBO/Driver recruits Driver 1.
• Driver earns 2.25% as commission from their first-tier downline (Driver 1).
• RideShare retains 2.75% of the fare after this payout.
• Driver 1 recruits Driver 1a to join the platform.
• Driver earns 2.25% from Driver 1a (first tier) and 1.5% from their second tier (Driver 1a).
• RideShare receives 1.25% of the fare remaining after these commissions.
• Driver 1a recruits Driver 1b.
• Driver earns 2.25% from Driver 1b (first tier), 1.5% from their second tier (Driver 1b), and 0.8% from their third tier (Driver 1b).
• RideShare retains 0.45% of the fare.
• Driver 1b recruits Driver 1c.
• Commissions are earned at various tiers: 2.25% (Driver 1c - first tier), 1.5% (Driver 1c - second), 0.8% (Driver 1c - third), and 0.45% (Driver 1c - fourth).
• RideShare’s remaining share becomes zero at this stage.

• Total gross earnings: $100
• Deductions: 30%, comprising a 5% tiered payout and a 25% RideShare fee

• Upline commissions from this amount:

If each tier’s participant earns $100, the IBO as Upline would receive a total of $5 in commissions from four tiers within their Downline. Should weekly minimum work hours not be fulfilled, these commissions are forfeited and redirected to RideShare instead.

The system comprises two fundamental components:

• Upline: The individual or entity responsible for recruitment and network building, earning percentages from Downline activity.
• Downline: Recruited participants who contribute a portion of their earnings back to their Upline members.
